Excellent Property
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a ... welcoming atmosphere. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which really shows how much they care about their residents. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located, making it a wonderful place to call home. I truly appreciate the effort that goes into keeping everything running smoothly and creating such a positive living environment. Sorry I had to leave!
I really liked my stay here, but I have been transferred to another city. Kristina Jimenez, property manager, and Gracie ... Bernal assistant manager and Marielena have been great to work with any concerns or issues that have come up and as I have renewed my leases. They also were very helpful with my transfer to Seattle (and I am staying with a Pillar property!). Also, Scott and the rest of the maintenance staff were great in the very few items that came up. A great 3 years here!
I really liked my stay here, but I have been transferred to Seattle. Kristina Jimenez, property manager, and Gracie Bernal ... assistant manager and Marielena have been great to work with with any concerns, issues and as I have renewed my leases. Also, they helped greatly in my transfer to Seattle (and I am staying with a Pillar property!). Also, Scott and the rest of the maintenance staff have been great in the very few items that came up. Scott in Maintenance (and all the maintenance guys) were great! If there was ever an issue in my place (which was very rare) they were there to resolve it. I recently lived here for 6 months and loved my time here. Sadly, I have to move out of state or I would have renewed my lease. The amenities are very nice, the apartment layout was perfect for me and everything was clean. Tyler made the experience for me though. His commitment to customer service and professionalism was simply phenomenal. He elevated the experience for me and is the reason for 5 stars. He should receive a promotion and raise.

Let me first say that living at Elevation San Tan has been the best move I have made since moving to Arizona for work. The grounds and buildings are always kept beautiful. If you want a great location with a loving and supportive management team and staff, this is the place. Thank you, Gracie Bernal and Kristina Jimenez, for your welcoming spirit and kindness. Great Apartment complex! We lived here for 6 months and everyone from the front office to maintenance has been very helpful and friendly. The apartments are clean, spacious, and affordable! You get what you pay for… a nice property, pool, and fitness center. The staff is always there to help.

I’ve been here for a while now and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The buildings and the surrounding area have always kept beautiful. The management is topnotch. Everyone here is amazing to deal with, especially, Kristina. She’s been amazing to work with and will make you feel right at home. Very responsive to any needs. This place has been very positive since I’ve been here and could not be any happier.
