I recently lived here for 6 months and loved my time here. Sadly, I have to move out of state or I would have renewed my lease. The amenities are very nice, the apartment layout was perfect for me and everything was clean. Tyler made the experience for me though. His commitment to customer service and professionalism was simply phenomenal. He elevated the experience for me and is the reason for 5 stars. He should receive a promotion and raise.

Let me first say that living at Elevation San Tan has been the best move I have made since moving to Arizona for work. The grounds and buildings are always kept beautiful. Great Apartment complex! We lived here for 6 months and everyone from the front office to maintenance has been very helpful and friendly. The apartments are clean, spacious, and affordable! You get what you pay for… a nice property, pool, and fitness center. The staff is always there to help.

I’ve been here for a while now and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The buildings and the surrounding area have always kept beautiful. The management is topnotch. Everyone here is amazing to deal with, especially, Kristina. She’s been amazing to work with and will make you feel right at home. Very responsive to any needs. This place has been very positive since I’ve been here and could not be any happier.
